Registration

To register for camp:

  • Download the camper registration form.
  • Fill out both pages (including the medical release form for children in SURGE or SONBURST)
  • Enclose non-refundable deposit payment (see form for details)
  • Mail to:

  • On Tuesday, June 24th, register in person at Bible Camp in Cedar Lodge

Rates include room/site fee, AND per person fee. (SURGE and SONBURST cabins have a per person fee only).

Registration (with deposit) is due by May 1st. Register on-time and save $20 per person. Everyone must register, including staff and counselors. Counselors should use the counselor application process.

  • First-time Campers - 25%
  • Pastors/Missionaries - 25%
  • Retired Pastors/Missionaries -50%
  • Family discount (when both parents are registered full-time for the week, one parent in single-parent families)
    • 1st child - 10%
    • 2nd child - 20%
    • 3rd child (and additional) - 30%
  • Bible Camp Teacher - $150
  • Bible Camp Teaching Assistant - $75
